Having moved to NC from New Hampshire with an X5 and having it serviced by this dealership, we quickly recognized that it truly is where we want to not only have our BMWs serviced, but after owning Mercedes and Audis, BMWs were and are our vehicles of choice. When it came time to trade our 2013 X5 for a 2019 X5, we met Joey Moore. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and exhibited a true concern that we make the right choice and deal for us. We purchased the 2019 X5 in April and when we decided to replace our 2014 Audi, called Joey and he again helped us find and purchase our new 2020 BMW. If we had to identify two great ambassadors for BMW of Wilmington, they would be Joey in the sales department and Bob in the service department. Thank you both! Joey Moore talked to me about what I was looking for and suggested the X3 - we went for a test drive and he walked me through all of the features of the X3 as well various packages / pricing. When I left the test drive, he promised he wouldn't contact me unless a used vehicle showed up in inventory in my price range. True to his word, he was never pushy and didn't harass me. I came back on my own next with my husband to do another test drive and we opted to build our own new X3. The process was so simple and clear, and no extra charge to build a custom vehicle. There is no "back room" haggling prices with a "manager" - the pricing was transparent and we could build the whole car from Joey's computer. Joey stayed in touch on a regular basis while the car was being built, and he went above and beyond every step of the way. He felt more like a friend than a car salesman. When you buy a vehicle, you also get to meet with a "genius" to show you the features of the car - believe me you'll never know all of the features on your car unless you do! I was blown away at how smart the BMW technology is. The BMW blew away its competition and I am so happy with my experience at BMW Wilmington. More
