When I decided to visit the dealership to view the vehicles I had interest in, Melissa set up an appointment for me where I was met by Bob Hildebrand at the door, promptly at my scheduled time, ready to show me the two cars I had come in to see. Bob patiently answered all of my questions, explained each car thoroughly and within 45 minutes, I had made the decision to purchase a vehicle. Start to finish, the whole car buying experience was simple, well explained from options to financing and, in between all the necessary business, Bob and Melissa took turns engaging us in friendly conversation. Even knowing that I would likely never return to the dealership for service because of my distance to home, Bob still took the time to show me around their facility and introduce me to the folks in the various departments. Bought a previous year left over that was marked to move and I was treated as if I were ordering a custom car and paying sticker price. I worked with Bob Hildebrand and he was excellent. What's important to me is that when I ask a question, I don't get a "quick" answer, I get the "right" answer. I say this because although Bob couldn't answer every single "detailed" question immediately(but he had a pretty good batting average)...he made sure he made the effort to get me the "right" answer, if wasn't immediately 100% sure. Also, after the deal was already done and signed, Bob still went the extra mile with customer service! Bruce Massey's ability to make sure I understood all of the terms, numbers, and papers I was signing, was smooth. He was able to guide me through it quickly yet with full understanding and comfort. Only reason for the 4 on quality of work was due to a scratch that I didn't notice until I got it home that evening. It wasn't huge, but was something I thought should've been caught by the prep crew or the guys who simonized it. Trying to do the final inspection of the car at night is tough when you really just want to jump in and drive it! That said, hey, we all miss things from time to time, but what matters MOST is how you handle it afterwards. How did they handle it?...professionally and with top class customer service! I'm referring my friends and when the time comes, they will be my first visit for my next new car. More
