I came with my son from the Philadelphia suburbs on a Saturday afternoon to look at a used M3. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had at any dealership and the main reason is because of Mani (Client Advisor) and Chris (Finance & Insurance Manager) as they could not hav have ever had at any dealership and the main reason is because of Mani (Client Advisor) and Chris (Finance & Insurance Manager) as they could not have been more personable, friendly and they both took time to explain in detail and answer any questions me or my wife had throughout the entire process. They are both outstanding representatives of the Apple dealer ship and the BMW brand and we were very fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with them during our purchase. From the start of the process to the time we drove our BMW off the lot it was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and there was zero pressure, it was as comfortable as it would be talking with someone you have known for years. They have treated me like I'm the most important customer they have and I didn't even purchase my former vehicle there. Therefore when I decided to trade my vehicle, I went first to Apple. They had a vehicle I liked, they worked with me to make a deal that was excellent and I didn't feel pressured at any point of the process. Melissa Kirkendall was my Client Adviser and although she was new to BMW, she knew everything about the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. Chris Arabio sat down with me after the purchase details were arranged and thoroughly described various options for maintenance and protective packages but not pressuring me into anything I didn't want. There were no "hidden" extras. I only paid for what I wanted. Overall, this was the smoothest, least stressful car-buying experience I have ever had. I have dealt with two other BMW dealers in the past but neither could even come close to Apple's professionalism and attention to detail! Thank you Melissa and Chris for a great buying experience. Mani is the best. This dealership has excellent customer service, even long after the transaction is complete. They also stand behind there cars.
