I'm getting back on the water, thanks to Mike Davenport!! I love kayaking, and haven't been able to get on the water for 1 1/2 yrs, so recently began looking for a truck to transport my kayaks. I looked all f I love kayaking, and haven't been able to get on the water for 1 1/2 yrs, so recently began looking for a truck to transport my kayaks. I looked all full size pickups and smaller, finally deciding that a smaller truck would suit me better. I then let several friends know that I was searching. A good friend of mine in the Louisville area, Doug Keisker, happened to see a post on Mike's Davenport Facebook page of a used, same as new truck that was just traded to a Vette and sent the post to me. This truck was a nice Toyota Tacoma 4x4 which had less than 3200 miles. I sent Mike a message, got an immediate response and then talked several times by phone. Mike was very very informative and helpful and I knew this truck was a good deal and exactly what I needed! Mike allowed me to make a deposit to hold the truck, I drove to Louisville the following evening and drove home with my truck! The transaction was smooth and Mike was a joy to work with.
