The dealer was late in getting the paperwork and check to our DMV, over 30 days. This resulted in a late fee we had to pay when picking up our tag. I have emailed and phoned personnel at this dealer and have our DMV, over 30 days. This resulted in a late fee we had to pay when picking up our tag. I have emailed and phoned personnel at this dealer and have been unable to get a response from any of the three people I contacted. The fee was over three hundred dollars. My review is based on the fact they will not even respond or answer the phone. More

Terrible experience with the dealership! I can't speak for the whole dealership; however, Doug Bowman was lousy and lies through his teeth the entire time. We looked at Bachman's 2005 Toyota I can't speak for the whole dealership; however, Doug Bowman was lousy and lies through his teeth the entire time. We looked at Bachman's 2005 Toyota Tacoma, which was 20,801 dollars out the door, and thought the truck was very nice. The only problem was that the truck isn't worth anywhere near 20k. The Kelly Blue Book shows the car to be worth at the maximum 15,533. So we tell Doug the most we could possible do is 18k out the door. He goes back to who knows where to get us the Blue Book values we asked for, and brings out a random paper showing why their car is fair. Later, he told us the Blue Book was 14,500. After this he lies to us about being able to do 18,000 out the door only today since his guy in the buying department wasn't at work today. He said he could sell it for that only if he isn't there otherwise he couldn't (xx). So we counter with 17,500. Doug says no. We leave. Later we decide to bite the bullet and offer the 18k out the door, and he said that the best he can do is 20k and that he never checked and got 18k approved. Very disappointed being lied to, and I would love to know where he kept going if he was never getting offers checked. My offer of 18k still stands, and I will happily remove the review if the dealership fixes Doug's mistakes. More

Scheduling has taken a step backwards! Vehicle checkin was a bit slower, appeared to be a staffing issue. Service was great, they finished way early. Service Advisors were Friendly. I sold my car to Joe Warner. I was very apprehensive due to my prior multiple bad experiences at various dealerships.
