I'll give it a few more days to fix this before I drop the rating. 2 weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt from Bachman Chevy. Initially I was engaged back and forth with a BDA (Internet Leads) named Louis. He was very professional and engaged with my search for the perfect car. I first was looking at a 2012 Black Volt but it was sold before I had the chance to pull the trigger. Luckily there were a few other Volts available. I appreciate his patience with me as I was very back and forth about making my decision and had a plethora of questions. He always got back to me when he didn't answer and showed poise and professionalism. The only word of advice: If there is no room for negotiation with the price of a vehicle please make sure that is known and understood up front and do not leave room for other interpretation. I was half way to Louisville from Nashville before I was told all prices were firm even though it was my understanding that we could negotiate the price. Not a big deal though. Overall very satisfied. During my drive up to Louisville Louis turned me over Mike Davenport and he called me to introduce himself. When I inquired as to the pricing of the car he was very honest and upfront about the competitive nature of their pricing and that there really was much room for negotiation. I appreciate the honesty and the upfront approach he gave me. I wish I had known it was priced as is but it wasn't a big deal because the price was fair. I arrived at 8 P.M and Mike promptly introduced himself and pulled both Volts I was looking at up and opened the door for me and told me the differences between the years and the trims/packages. He was very knowledgeable and I admittedly tested his knowledge as I had been researching them for some time and am easily annoyed with salespeople that don't know their product. (I used to be a salesman lol) We went on a test drive that included highway driving and some neighborhood driving and he gave me a tutorial of the car's features which was most appreciated. After the test drive we sat down and started talking numbers, mind you it was after 9P.M and they were closed. Long story short we were able to negotiate a little bit and agreed on a price. I then went to the finance person and she was a pleasure to work with. I don't remember her name but she was in the first office from the left. She was very nice and skipped the majority of the Warranty and upsell mumbo jumbo because it was almost 10P.M and I needed head home. Overall: Great experience and the associates at this dealership go above and beyond to help their customers. From the initial contact to signing the loan documents, it was a great process and I would shop here again! More
