Best car buying experience ever! I have know Mike for a few years now but had never purchased a vehicle from him. I had noticed all of his posts on Facebook and knew that he was a ver I have know Mike for a few years now but had never purchased a vehicle from him. I had noticed all of his posts on Facebook and knew that he was a very capable salesman. The time came to purchase some new transportation and I really was dreading dealing with salesman and car lots, our last experience was a nightmare to be honest. Through Facebook I contacted Mike and he told me what price range to look and what type of vehicles would best fit our family. I would like to add that all of this is taking place at about 11pm on a Friday night. We found one we thought would work for us and decided to come by the showroom the next day. Mike was busy with some other customers and sent a gentleman to bring the car around for us. We knew we wanted it as soon as we laid eyes on it. We let Mike know and he started in the financing portion. Now I'm not going to lie. Between the student loans and life in general my credit was less than stellar. Mike made us feel the same and did the exact same for me as I have seen him do for people paying 10 times what we could afford. He literally rolled out the red carpet and shined the car up for us. He took all the stress out of buying a car. Bachman Chevrolet is a very nice and all their people are friendly but Mike is a asset to them or any place he works. He is a true professional in the auto world. He will always be our first and now our only choice when we need a vehicle. Very satisfied with our purchase. More

Gerald, the finance manager and the make ready department stayed late to finalize the paperwork and clean the vehicle so we could take it home that day. We chose a Chevy Cruze with the RS package.
