Right now ordering a Corvette from the factory is a VERY long process because the factory is so far behind. Mike has been excellent thru the whole process. I can call, email, or text him and I always get a response in a timely manner. Any time I need an update on the process he's there to look into it for me. Mike was going to help me decide what to do in regards to keeping/new lease/purchas Went in on Wednesday, May 6, as my lease was up on my 2012 Camaro. Mike was going to help me decide what to do in regards to keeping/new lease/purchase. Thought I had decided to keep my car-I not only loved it but thought it would be cheaper. Mike put together the comprising for three-four different options. He completely supported my decision to keep MY car even though he would have gotten nothing out of that transaction and he had just spent almost two hours helping me decide. He then went away and came back and had a deal where I upgraded into a new Camaro with a bit lesser of payment than I was paying on the old one, and even still would be if I bought it. It was even cheaper at signing. That was my fifth car from him-have referred three other family members and he bought a Corvette from my dad. He is a trusted friend now. He went the extra mile for me, but he did that with the first car too, which is how he became the trusted friend all these cars and years later. You can go to someone else, but you won't know if they really care about you or the commission-go to Mike and you don't have to wonder. More

Even better, Mike's incredible customer service does not end as soon as the deal is complete--he has continued to provide excellent service in completing a few 'we owe' items and other questions after the sale.
