So, he did some research, and was notified of a car they just got in Friday night that matched what I was looking for and in my price range. I went to the lot Saturday morning, and although the car was clean, Mike informed me due to the short turn around the car had not been fully serviced or detailed, so he said I could take it home, and to bring it back that Monday to be fully detailed and service. He didn't have to tell me that, and could have left it at that, but he made sure I was thoroughly taken care of; and by doing so he has earned my trust, and will be the first person I go to when my wife is ready to buy a car, or when I trade in. I had previously been to 10-12 other dealerships before stopping in to take a look at some Malibus I found on their website. Mike was professional with his introduction and quickly put my mind to ease that he would help me find exactly what I wanted. He brought all three cars I mentioned seeing online around front in the flurries without hesitating. Not one time during my initial visit did Mike try to sell me a car, he spent his time talking to me about things I liked and what I was really wanting to get in a new car. I mentioned that I had some issues with prices not being in my buying range at other dealerships and he put my mind at ease that the price I saw online was the price they would honor. When I came in to buy the Malibu, Mike was working with another car buyer who was finalizing a deal on a Corvette. I sat and watched the way he explained things to the new car owners and was EXTREMELY pleased when I recognized the same treatment for me in my purchasing experience.
