NEVER AGAIN I dropped off my car at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Allen told me that they were busy but they could take care of it. At 4:00 it was not ready yet by then I was tired of waiting. A lady at the desk said she would check on it for me. (she was a nice lady) Terry came in and said they hadn't started on it yet. I said I will never come back here again. His smart assed remark was "I hear that everyday" and I said "you don't hear it from me." I told Allen to give me my keys since they hadn't started on it yet. I will never go back to Bachman Chevrolet on Bluegrass Parkway again. I would not recommend that anyone else go either. I will be sure and spread the word to everyone I know what a horrible experience I had. Having to wait due to being busy is understandable but being talked to in such a sarcastic uncaring attitude is not acceptable. More

New Subaru Forester purchase I was referred to Bachman specifically Mike Davenport by my sister and brother in law. They had purchased a Corvette and an Equonix from Mike & Bachma I was referred to Bachman specifically Mike Davenport by my sister and brother in law. They had purchased a Corvette and an Equonix from Mike & Bachman. My needs were specific to an AWD due to the roads I drive daily so the Subaru was my point of interest. Mike from the beginning was professional and spot on with all info in regards to the Forester. We ordered the vehicle in March as there again there were specifics for me. The Forester arrived the end of April and I went to finalize everything. Even with that several week time lapse Mike remembered every little detail that I hade mentioned that I wanted added at the dealership. I was so impressed with Mike's truly exceptional understand of the product and of my needs. He made the entire process smooth and glitch free. It was an awesome car but as funny as it may sound it was the wrong color. I had to have a red one. I had owned a red 1964 Stingray long ago and that was in 1971. It was 7 years old when I bought it but still the most fun car I ever owned. Mid April my wife and left for vacation in Florida. The first morning we were there I received a text and picture of a red 2011 Grand Sport that Mike took in on trade. He had remembered and noted what I was looking for in detail I.e. Red Grand Sport automatic with low miles. I called my son back in Louisville who used to be in the car business and asked him to look at the car for us. He met with Mike looked at the car and deemed it to be perfect. He and Mike worked out a deal and we bought the car literally sight unseen other than a picture. It was a leap of trust in a major way. It was over a week before we got back to Louisville and I was able to see and drive the Corvette. I could not be happier with this car and was thrilled that my son was able to complete the transaction for us while we were in Florida. I have been in sales for over 40 years with the same company. I consider Mike Davenpot to be a true professional and not at all surprised about how successful Mike has been. Mike even took a video of my son driving the car out of the Bockman showroom. I don't think I want to tell anyone how many times I watched that video while I was in Florida waniting to get home and into that car. Thanks again Mike! More
