My sales representative, Mike Davenport, was friendly and informative without applying high pressure sales tactics. I bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu at a very fair price. Financing was an easy process working with the Finance Manager Jerod Sims and I was able to complete the whole transaction in a reasonable amount of time. We bought a used Jeep Liberty from Mike Davenport. He was very helpful and honest. He encouraged us to have the car inspected by a mechanic before we purchased it. Mike took the time to show us how to take the radio/CD system out and we found that it was extremely easy to do and then he looked up replacements online to give us an idea of prices. Went in for service, only to find out that the extended warranty that we purchased would not cover the repair for some reason. I spoke with Jerod about the issue (feeling that it should of been covered) a warranty that we purchased would not cover the repair for some reason. I spoke with Jerod about the issue (feeling that it should of been covered) and he told me he would get to the bottom of it, and that we would figure out a way to fix my vehicle.
