Well First of all I contacted Barry Armstrong in regards to the 2012 Chevy Sonic LS with 17k miles. He then set up a meeting with Mike Davenport for Wed. the 27th in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeff Sm to the 2012 Chevy Sonic LS with 17k miles. He then set up a meeting with Mike Davenport for Wed. the 27th in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeff Smith asked us who we were looking for, so I explained who and what for. He then came back and said well there was no communication between them and nobody knows about it. Then I explained it all again, then he came back and said Mike had to leave and a different salesman had the key to the car. I said ok, and Jeff said don't worry I will take care of you. So while he got the key's we went out to look at the car. During our inspection we found a broken tail light, severe scratches on the inside of rear doors on door pillar area. Then the inside rear door panels were damaged as well. My father has bought from Bachman, and so have a lot of my friends. The reason I am so upset is because I was there with my 61 year old mother in law to look at this Sonic. She was so disappointed. She loved the way it drove and so on, but the damage was crazy. She did try to make a deal, but the lowest they would go was $12995 and then fix the scratches by touch up and then the tail light. They said that was the lowest they could go, then I look today and the car has been reduced by $176 of our final price we were given. My mother in law is a great woman and I felt so bad her having to see a car like that. She has had three cars in her lifetime and it has taken many years for her daughter and myself to get her to even go and look.
