I was looking for a used Dodge Ram 1500 for almost a year. I found the one that met all my criteria at Bachman Chevrolet through Cars.com. I used the contact form and was responded to very quickly by year. I found the one that met all my criteria at Bachman Chevrolet through Cars.com. I used the contact form and was responded to very quickly by Barry Armstrong. We were able to reach a deal via e-mail. I worked with Mike Davenport once we arrived at the dealership. I went in to test drive the truck and was going to arrange financing through my bank. They offered to match my bank's interest rate and, eventually, even beat it! Mike let me use his computer to look up the latest rates online so I could get a fair assessment. Overall, we all wish we could get a better price, but they had the truck I wanted at the best price I could find. They presented a fair, no-pressure deal and I drove the truck home that evening. The only complaint I can find is the paperwork took longer than I expected, but I'm impatient when it comes to that sort of thing. I bought a used 1998 Olds Cutlass GLS from Bachman back in 1999 and now my daughter, who was 7 at the time, is driving it! More
