I had my 2008 Pontiac G6 in for ice on the back window. They found that the drain tube from my sunroof was not hooked up. They fixed that and waited for the water to drain before they put the car back toge They found that the drain tube from my sunroof was not hooked up. Brought in my 03 GMC 2500 Sierra HD to inquire about a leaking left rear hub. (I had this same hub seal replaced in Aug 08 and then put the truck in storage as I was leaving for a military assignment in leaking left rear hub. (I had this same hub seal replaced in Aug 08 and then put the truck in storage as I was leaving for a military assignment in Germany. I picked up the truck again in Nov 10 and soon after noticed the same wheel leaking.) I showed my workorder/receipt and Tom approved repairing the still leaking wheel/hub since it had only ~3,000 miles since the original repair. Upon further examination it appeared that one of the seals was never properly replaced from the original work. They still agreed to the repair under" warrenty work". They also suggested a rear diff fluid replacement which I agreed to. Overall, both Tom Mandy were very forthright and polite and Mandy kept me posted on any changes/recommendations. Excellent customer service and timeliness. My only concern was the cost of the Diff fluid replacement; felt it was a bit over priced. Will go back again now that I'm retired from the military.
