I feel so lucky to have had Mary Beth Belsito answer the telephone when I called because from that point on, I felt so comfortable, welcomed, and informed. She took care of every question I had, as well as her making me feel that my inquiry and/or possible purchase was important - and that she made herself accessible for questions, phone calls, etc. We did purchase the vehicle the next day, and I thank Mary Beth Belsito for her help during this process. Ken McCosby, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Once the sale was brokered, he came in on his day off the finalize the sale for my teenage daughter.
