I contacted Costco (online) and Amber called me within the hour to ask if I needed help or had questions. She gave me the address and name of the manager at Baierl. We went out that night just to get an idea of the trade value of our existing vehicle. I walked into the showroom and immediately saw the model/ color of the Forester that I had been pining for and Bob put us together with Kari. What a great experience! She (and everyone else we met there) was friendly, helpful, and "no-pressure"! They gave us an awesome deal on the Forester I wanted, gave us an excellent trade value, and put me in the car I had been hoping to buy. It was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Kari! Kari did not make us feel like she was a "sales person". No jargon or silly questions like "What do I have to do to get you to leave with this car?" (Which a salesman actually said at another dealership!) I'd send fiends and family there in a minute! More
