I Baierl story started with a crashed truck and ended with a new Forrester. Patrick was great, my family and I were greeted as we walked in the door with offers of coffee and hot chocolate. On a bitterly cold day Patrick was with us as we looked and the cars on the lot without a complaint. We waited inside while he moved cars out of the way to get at the one we wanted to look at. Was exceedingly helpful and patient with my wife and I as we looked at vehicles even keeping my nine year old daughter busy at the same time. When we left that day it was with a lot of information, a car fax stuffed animal for my little one and respect for Patrick. A few days later we return to purchase one of the Forresters that we looked at but it was unavailable. Patrick quickly searched and found several that matched what we were looking for. We gave him a list of options we wanted added and left for the day. Patrick called us with updates on the vehicle and it seemed each time he called we added something else but he never was anything but kind and helpful.
