He explained my options for purchasing, allowed me to use my own lender and offered a great warranty at a reasonable price to give me piece of mind. Cliff was responsive to my emails and calls. He even responded on his day off. Recognizing I had a long journey from Maryland to purchase a car, he did everything he could to ensure I had a nice, comfortable and trustworthy process to purchase my new car. I can’t thank this dealership enough, a long with the finance and other managers who never lied to me or pressured me into a purchase. I visited this dealership on 8/31 to try to purchase a vehicle and had a trade. This dealership is very poor on giving you what your car is valued and the finance office is very poor on structuring a loan vehicle and had a trade. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday and got it back Tuesday. It went in to get it’s radio checked and I know they drive it for a test drive to see if the problem occurs but when I got my vehicle back a Tuesday. It went in to get it’s radio checked and I know they drive it for a test drive to see if the problem occurs but when I got my vehicle back and it was driven over 90 miles, I think that is a little ridiculous especially since they did not even put gas in the tank when rentals always has to be filled to where It was when we got them. After all of this they could not find the problem because it did not occur during the ride. Then I look on my Toyota app and the last known area my vehicle was parked at was an address in Aliquippa. Not sure if a technician drove it home or what but putting over 90 miles on a 2022 vehicle is outrageous especially when nothing was said to me about it. More
