Very poor customer service. I visited Bariel Toyota yesterday, I knew it was a holiday but I was never expecting to have the customer service I received, we wanted to look at 2 I visited Bariel Toyota yesterday, I knew it was a holiday but I was never expecting to have the customer service I received, we wanted to look at 2 vehicles, the first vehicle we asked about the salesmen rudely told me " we have no such vehicle here" which online you did have it, I understand those vehicles don't get updated everyday but that's what brings people in. We decided to look at vehicle number 2 which after deciding to look at vehicle number 2 our salesmen said " yeah I'll go find you some keys" wouldn't you know on the walk back inside a car pulls up, I'm assuming this person was there early because we heard him say, " are you ready for me to give you an awesome deal?" Our salesmen completely left us sitting in the inside for about 15-20 minutes while he took care of his other guest. Now I completely understand these people have to make money, but you guys closed early yesterday and we didn't want to be rushing to look at a vehicle. After sitting there for 15-20 minutes he finally comes over to the table we were sitting at and tells us " I was told all of those vehicles are sold". Then he remembered which vehicle we wanted to look at and said " let me check again" he also went on to tell us that " we weren't his appointment. He wasn't prepared for us, and he doesn't like being unprepared and that he also had another appointment" after finally finding the keys to the vehicle we wanted to look at and with very little patience I had left he finally just handed us over to someone else who could properly Assist us. There was no sale on the vehicle we looked at because we were unable to negotiate a price, I'm assuming because everyone was wanting to leave. I have never experience such poor customer service, and I will not be back. More
