Need a car? Go see Patrick Evans! I took a chance and drove six hours (round trip) to test drive an automobile at Baierl Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised. Patrick Evans is the best I took a chance and drove six hours (round trip) to test drive an automobile at Baierl Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised. Patrick Evans is the best. He was very friendly and made the entire experience great. He took the time to understand what I wanted and never made a promise that he didn't keep. The vehicle turned out to be everything I was looking for and exactly as advertised. A week later, I made the same journey to finalize the deal and drive the car home. Patrick came in on his day off to make sure that I was well cared for and that everything went smoothly. Just as others have stated here, he went above and beyond. This guy gets it. He knows how to treat people and to listen to what they want. Most importantly, he delivers on his promises. Anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle at Baierl Toyota should insist on dealing with Patrick Evans. They won't be disappointed. More

Patrick Evans came through on his promises. The reason for fewer than five stars is that I wasn't always impressed with the dealership as a whole or how certain individuals interacted with me or The reason for fewer than five stars is that I wasn't always impressed with the dealership as a whole or how certain individuals interacted with me or my wife, but I can say, without reservation, that our interactions with Patrick Evans ended up making this the best car buying experience that we have ever had. To make a long story short, Patrick made some promises to us that we were, honestly, quite skeptical about. But he absolutely came through and we are incredibly happy with our Toyota Highlander and we are still happy, a month later, with the experience we had with Patrick. More

being just another sale al and donna lambert,, buyers,first of all,with his 15 years experience he claimed sales man cliff mattews wasnt a friendley type of out going sales p al and donna lambert,, buyers,first of all,with his 15 years experience he claimed sales man cliff mattews wasnt a friendley type of out going sales person,,was clueless of questions about different accessories we wanted,,living in mcmurray pa we found the tacoma at baierl toyota,,we went over doing a deal over about 3 days then we decided we ll take the truck,so we had an 12 noon appointment,,cliff was like sorry for havivg to wait ,there was a last minute buyer so youll need to wait,,ok after sitting at a round table at the front door,,we was called so were paying cash $36,689.00 total after seeing this truck on there website having 28 miles or being new, on it,,and was told no changes from the add,,as signing paper work we was told by the way there just under 300 miles the the tacoma..,,i was like all this time and days we should of been told. so after all that the detailing on the truck was ok but bed was still dirty ,,water spots threw out,,after buying about 50 or more new cars and trucks,,this was my 2nd to the worse dealer and dealing with a dealer we ever had. More

Good Toyota Dealer in PGH area I was shopping for a 2015 Prius and contacted many dealers in the Pittsburgh area via email. Chelsea, the internet adviser, responded to my email req I was shopping for a 2015 Prius and contacted many dealers in the Pittsburgh area via email. Chelsea, the internet adviser, responded to my email requests in a professional manner. I stopped by to do a test drive and met the Sales Manager Brad who introduced me to Dan Nalley. Though I didn't end up buying my vehicle here, I would say that this dealership was the best prices in the PGH area and had the most knowledgeable and professional Toyota dealership in the Pittsburgh area. I hope I won't need another car anytime soon, but I this is the first place I would go to in the Pittsburgh area if I did. More
