Before coming to Bairl I knew that they had the car I wanted in stock for a price I had learned was fair, and I had no trade-in, so there was nothing to haggle about. Salesman Keith Peindl accepted the price I had printed out from Consumer Reports and did not try to talk me into a fancier model or a different car. He was friendly and helpful, not the least bit condescending the way some salesmen can be with female customers. Josiah Lenzi explained the paperwork and the optional warranties clearly and made a good case for choosing the ones I chose without trying to push me into ones I didn't need. More

When stopping in I'd almost feel like I'm working with a friend or a neighbor especially with the likes of Sharon and Claire. Looks like they either fired the entire front desk staff or moved them elsewhere, the new staff gives me the feeling of a visiting a pure profit minded business. A little warmth and a smile wouldn't hurt! This is not a complaint or a rant, there's nothing wrong with the service just wondering what happened to the friendlier staff. More

It was an amazing experience! It was amazing because of the service I received from Patrick Evans! He made everything easy, relaxed, fun, and fair. He treated me like a person not just a sale. He understood my needs and completely met all of them. I was so happy that I regularly recommended Patrick and Baierl Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. Shortly after leasing my Corolla, my husband and I moved to Detroit Michigan. 3 years later, I went to a Toyota dealer in the Detroit area to turn in my car and lease another Corolla. My experience was less than satisfactory. I felt that I was pushed and prodded into leasing the car that day. The sales person talked so fast and presented the deal to me without really informing me what my exact numbers would be. Actually she showed me some numbers which I agreed to and when all was said and done, the bottom line was about $60.00 a month more. Even though I wasn't too happy, I did sign just to get it over with. $60 a month may not seem like much but for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, it was substantial. 3 years later, I just recently moved back to Pittsburgh! My lease end was approaching and Patrick was the only person I would consider calling. Let me tell you, he took the ball and ran for my benefit! In just hours he had a deal which again, completely met all of my needs and then some. I leased a 2016 Corolla. It is a beautiful car. Surpasses the older Corolla's in a big way. Kudos to Toyota.
