I didn't feel pressured at all to buy a car - Cliff let me take the car for a nice, long test drive and simply explained the features of the car to me without pressuring me to buy it. He explained all my buying or leasing options very thoroughly and helped me to get my monthly payment in a range that would fit my budget. I bought a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and am more than thrilled with the car. The people who work at Baierl are friendly, helpful, and organized. Buying a car from them was a pleasure. The day after I bought the car, Cliff called me and told me I needed to sign some additional paperwork. Instead of making me drive the 25 miles to the dealership, Cliff came all the way out to our house with the paperwork. Really great service and really great people! More

Naturally my experience included the Sales Manager (and no I don't remember his name) who was quick to support my subtle wishes without a lot of "that car sales haggling". Great deal! Great Car. BTW, this vehicle was not in their inventory but they made sure they could provide me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and arranged a dealer trade; within two days the availability of my car was confirmed and the deal was DONE. Don't want to leave out Jocylyn (I know I butchered her name); she was clear, concise and cogent in her dealings and helped me two days later to expedite my out of state registration "pain in the neck." I'm sure that I'll find others but for now I can pass on my thanks to those three for a job well done. Man I simply love that "new car smell." Thanks again. Mike P More

He also spent 2 hours going through all the technology in my new Highlander Limited Platinum and synchronized my apple products. He has also offered to continue helping me when needed and assures me that it will not be an imposition. Business manager, Josiah Lenzi, was thorough and pleasant. When I was unhappy with the Toyota interest rate he offered to call some banks to find us a better rate. RSG More
