Outstanding Customer Service I gave Baker Nissan a 5 star rating after buying my new Rouge Select on 1.22.16. Mr. John Hill was our rep and he was awesome! Low pressure and wantin I gave Baker Nissan a 5 star rating after buying my new Rouge Select on 1.22.16. Mr. John Hill was our rep and he was awesome! Low pressure and wanting us to be happy with our new purchase was his only concern. We paid cash and John made sure we got a great deal. We took my new Rouge home after only 3 hours at the dealership. There were some small issues that came up and John took charge to make sure they were taken care of. His laid back style and approach made me feel I was in control of the process. His personal touch, knowing my name and even my son's name, made it feel like he was an old family friend. He even came to the dealership early when we needed to take care of the small issues that came up. Ms. Lorena was awesome and constantly checked on the progress of said issues as well as myself while I waited. Mr. Juan from the body shop was patient with me, making sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Although I did not get the names of the service department who helped me, they were all very nice. Even the finance people were really nice. I will definitely recommend Baker Nissan, especially Mr. John to anyone who asks. I want to thank you All for the Outstanding Customer Service we received. I hesitated taking my car in bc I needed to run several errands and didn't want to spend my time at the service center. Mack was awesome!!! He was able to get me a loaner vehicle and answered any and all questions I had. They ended up having to order a part for my car which was fine because Mack called me everyday to keep me posted on the progress of my car and when I should expect it back. Love doing business with them! More

Awesome Barry Thomas is awesome! I had to bring my sons car in for body work at the Body Shop . As my son lives in Austin we were on a time crunch .So I can Barry Thomas is awesome! I had to bring my sons car in for body work at the Body Shop . As my son lives in Austin we were on a time crunch .So I can get the work done on his car I left it at the dealership for a few days. I ask Barry if he could keep an eye out for when it was finished so I could get the oil Changed and to see if any thing else was needed . He took care of everything . No problems . I always have my son drive back to Houston to do oil changes and service .. I call Barry Thomas and give him a heads up ,he is polite ,prompt,courtious and gets it done without have to wait a long time. More

First pleasant dealership experience We first went to Baker Nissan in early December to test drive a Nissan Murano. The first salesman we spoke with, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and s We first went to Baker Nissan in early December to test drive a Nissan Murano. The first salesman we spoke with, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in answering all of our questions to the best of his ability. He wasn't pushy or intrusive, it felt as though he wanted to help us further our research process. We did not have plans to purchase a vehicle that day but at least 2 managers came by Patrick's desk while we spoke to say hello and introduce themselves. We went back to Baker Nissan on January 1st after we had narrowed our decision and done our due diligence with the intent to see what kind of pricing/deal we could get on the Murano. Patrick was no longer with Baker Nissan, and Drew Perry had called me previously to follow up so we began talking with him. Drew was very good at putting us at ease and making us feel as though he was trying to get us into the car we wanted while getting the best deal possible. We felt as though he and Amanda (sales manager) were working very hard to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Felipe (financing) was also very knowledgeable and patient with us. After we purchased the car, Gayla went over everything the car offers and was efficient in explaining everything from the owners manual to the various features. Our only complaint is that the process takes so long, but that's a universal grievance no matter the dealership. Overall, everyone we interacted with during our sales/purchase experience was helpful and friendly, and we felt as though each department was genuinely working as hard as they could to get us an amazing deal. We are happy with our experience and should we decide to purchase another Nissan in the future, we will definitely return to this location. More
