I am a hard bargainer, but also a reasonable guy. The sales staff (Bretton in sales and Star in Finance) and the evening manager (Chris) are some of the most patient, professional and diligent people to sales staff (Bretton in sales and Star in Finance) and the evening manager (Chris) are some of the most patient, professional and diligent people to work with. I spent 3 hours negotiating back and forth, and never once were they rude or even terse. They worked patiently with me and explained their pricing structure and at the end I bought a car because it had the features I wanted, the price was a negotiated mid point between what I wanted and they wanted but what made me most happy is that they were courteous and professional from start to end. If someone is serious about buying good quality cars, I say buy a Nissan, any Nissan and then, if you wanted to be treated with respect and deal with professional people, go to Baker Nissan North. I am a happy customer. I bought a Rogue SUV but it was a tossup between several cars. This is my 5th Nissan, 3 used Nissans and 2 new Nissans, all from this same Baker North Nissan Dealership. And yes I got rid of all 4 cars after I put a lot of mileage on them and they continued to work so fine, I sold them after that for a fair price! While Nissan won't guarantee their cars over the 100,000 miles, as a Mechanical Engineer, let me tell you, the newer Nissans have a steel timing chain that never needs replacement, and most Nissan engines and transmissions will give you over 150,000 trouble free miles if you take care of routine maintenance. He met us at the door with a great attitude and very helpful approach. Once we found a car, we were able to work out a good deal. Sammy addressed all of our questions about the car and has been there to follow up with us on a few clean-up items after the sale. Sammy is great, customer service is clearly a high priority with Sammy. I also wanted to comment on th service department. We had a problem with one tire not holding air pressure. I took the car by to have it checked a few days after we bought the car. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly and with the same great customer service attitude that Sammy showed us. I am a partner in a consulting firm and we always emphasize customer service to differentiate us frm our competitors. Baker Nissan North does customer service right and will excel as a dealership because of it. Thanks for making our car buying experience a great one!!!
