When a part order became necessary along with recall action, Mack and everyone made it very easy for me to get transportation and arrange a convenient pickup time for my vehicle. Venessa was Fantastic! I was in the market for a new car so I went to my credit union for assistance. The first dealership I went to, as recommended by my credit union, wa I was in the market for a new car so I went to my credit union for assistance. The first dealership I went to, as recommended by my credit union, was a total disaster. After that experience I went out and contacted Baker Nissan, on the recommendation of CarProUSA.com. I could not have been happier. My sales person, Venessa, did a fantastic job of putting me at ease immediately. She was prompt and had the exact SUV ready for test drive. We did have a minor problem when negotiating the financing but Baker management took quick action and did everything they could to make me happy. It is one thing to see a dealership when everything goes well, it is another to see them when a mistake is made. They took responsibility, never offered an excuse and fixed the problem. Great Dealership! More

Great customer service and Quick service I went as a walk in to have my '09 Nissan Altima serviced on a Saturday. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait but to my surprise they were able I went as a walk in to have my '09 Nissan Altima serviced on a Saturday. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait but to my surprise they were able to finish in almost half the time.
