I must tell anyone who will listen, this dealership cares about their customers. Dave and Steve assisted me with a purchase for my husband and they are assisting with the replacement of my Jeep (purchased a about their customers. They wasted no time in getting me the proper assistance, in placing my husband in a new vehicle and now I am waiting for my replacement vehicle. They just really impressed me, no hard core sales tactics, no pressure to buy same day, no guilt trips, no games. I hate marinating in a dealership and you won't find that at Bald Hill. They put everything out on the table and work with you until the job is done. If you cant make that deal, they will continue to watch incentives for you so that perhaps you can get into your vehicle of choice down the road. Their Service is fabulous, they have their own rental vehicles - not just for repair times but say you need a vehicle for a trip? It is basically one stop shopping - you can't beat it. Our experience at Bald Hill Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep was top notch. We were specifically looking for a pre owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and pulled into the lot to find more in stock than any other dealer in R notch. Immediately drawn to a particular color, we were greeted pleasantly by Louie and though the Jeep had just been dropped off that morning he quickly got up to speed on the specs and off we went on a test drive. One week later, after a seamless buying process, we drove off in the Jeep (with a full tank of gas too!). Louie is warm, friendly, and no pressure. His customer service was "just right"- attentive but not aggressive. He listened and took steps to assure we arrived where we needed to with our vehicle trade in and financing. We highly recommend this dealership! The location is convenient, the showroom welcoming, there is a wide variety of new and pre owned vehicles in stock and the sales team's approach is inviting and accomodating- especially Louie!
