Added accessories sticker missing from window and brought to the attention of GM next day. Charged $200 more than sticker shown on the same car in showroom and GM Peter tells me he can not credit my debit card (which they quickly took for a deposit) and that a refund check would be here in 2-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and no refund and no return calls from them. Clearly they have what they want and and are not interested in satisfying a customer and they could have accomplished that that day by issuing a credit on my card or following through with their promise of a refund. The CRV purchased is great. Could have purchased it at a dealership that knows how to satisfy a customer and appreciate it's patronage. More
