This was my first time buying from a dealership and I have to say it was a great experience. Esteban shared my enthusiasm and excitement in finding the car I love. He did not try and offer a bunch of services I don't need. Instead, he focused on making sure I got the features I love, such as installing the heated seats I had my heart set on. I was very impressed with how quick and efficient Balise was with getting paperwork completed and the heated seats installed. I appreciated the texts Esteban sent me with updates. He was fast to text back when I had questions. Of the many dealerships I considered, I think Balise had the best bang for the buck. I left the dealership today in a shiny Honda CR-V, and definitely recommend going to Balise to anyone buying a car. More

Painless and Enjoyable. I unfortunately had to get a new car prematurely. I went into the dealership at 6:30PM on a Friday night. I test drove a Honda Pilot Elite as well as I unfortunately had to get a new car prematurely. I went into the dealership at 6:30PM on a Friday night. I test drove a Honda Pilot Elite as well as a Honda Pilot EXL. I ended up going with a Honda Pilot Touring. My salesman was Anthony Scudieri. He was awesome. Polite, knowledge, really made the process a joy. I hate when I know more about the car than the salesman and that was not the case wth Anthony. By 8:30PM we had bought a car. They told me they could prepare the car and I could take it home that night. I told them the morning would be fine. Anthony spent 30 minutes with me in the morning going through all the technology of the car. Another important thing worth mentioning is Ashley Ferraro in service. She is the reason why we continue to buy our cars at Balise. She really goes the extra yard in getting my car in, diagnosed an back to me. Lasly, Kyle in Finance was great as well. More

Great Buying Experience! I was in the market for a vehicle because my current vehicle had service troubles and was not worth repairing. I did some research online and came ac I was in the market for a vehicle because my current vehicle had service troubles and was not worth repairing. I did some research online and came across a vehicle at this dealership that looked reasonable and interested me. I live about an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership, but was willing to take the ride to take a look at the vehicle. I submitted an online request to ensure that the vehicle I saw online was still available and promptly received a call back from Jennifer Hyllested; she confirmed that they actually 2 vehicles of the same model I inquired about and would set up an appointment for me. My husband and I drove up to the dealership and were promptly greeted and we sat with one of the Sales Reps. We worked with Anthony Scudieri - who was very accommodating and made sure to bring the vehicles into the garage for us to look at, since it was raining. We test drove both vehicles and finally decided on one of them and proceeded with the deal. Everything was pretty flawless with the purchase and because of the time of day when the deal was processed - it was late for plate transfer so we had to return the following day to pick up the vehicle. We arrived to pick up the vehicle the next day and signed the final paperwork with Ian in Finance and the transition was super smooth. I highly recommend the dealership to all those that are in the market for a purchase (either new or used) - regardless, they have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. I have been to Balise earlier and had not so great experience on various aspects, but this time righr from the research stage, to test drive, going to dealership couple of times and finalizing and purchasing has been pretty straight forward and as simple as I can think of based on my past 6 experiences with other dealerships in & around New England.
