The Balise Honda dealership in West Warwick straight up lied to me. I settled on a price for a car over the phone. Three times I asked "is this the final price?" Three times I was told "yes." Three times I lied to me. I settled on a price for a car over the phone. Three times I asked "is this the final price?" Three times I was told "yes." Three times I asked "so not a cent more than what we have agreed upon?" Three times I was told "yes." When I got there, after a forty minute drive, the person I had made the agreement with was nowhere to be found. Someone else told me they could help me. In speaking with this person, it soon became evident that the person I had spoken with on the phone had flat out lied to me just to get me to come to the dealership. I was now being quoted thousands more than the price that had been agreed upon over the phone. It was such a cheap and dishonest move. Call me old fashioned, but I believe you can make your way, pay your bills, without having to lie to people. I will never be in that building again. More
