We ended up back at Balise because their vehicle looked and performed the best, and because they worked the hardest to give us at a price that was within our budget. We were treated with courtesy every step of the way. Our Sales Associate was extremely knowledgeable about the features and technology of our new car and very patient in handling all of our questions. Everyone on the Balise Honda team seemed to work together to get us the vehicle we needed. We would not hesitate to return to Balise Honda in the future. More

Unscrupulous Practices!!!!! I went to Balise Honda of West Warwick, R.I. to accompany a friend who was interested in purchasing a new 2016 Honda CR-V EX. I usually hate dealing I went to Balise Honda of West Warwick, R.I. to accompany a friend who was interested in purchasing a new 2016 Honda CR-V EX. I usually hate dealing with car sales people and never mind to help anyone in purchasing a car. Well this particular dealer validated my reason. My friend was told that they would match and EVEN beat the price that Boch Honda West had on the internet for the Honda CR-V EX. Great she thought so we drove out to Balise on the 2/7/2017 which was a Tuesday. After much haggling they did indeed said that they would beat the price which Boch Honda West had on the internet (Cars Dot Com). Here's the catch... in order to get that price she could ONLY finance through Honda and only Honda. So she ended up walking out of there with no car. She will take her business elsewhere!!! I hope this helps the next person who decides to do business with people of this ilk!!! More

Shocked at "Bait and Switch" promotion I received a letter in the mail saying they were looking to stock up on more of my year and model car. Said they would pay a minimum of $4000 trade-in I received a letter in the mail saying they were looking to stock up on more of my year and model car. Said they would pay a minimum of $4000 trade-in value no matter the condition of the car. Plus if I came in for their promotion would also receive a Target Gift card for just coming in. What a joke! Wasted 2 hours of my time, never received the gift card and had to listen to the spiel of the salesperson and manager, both of whom did not listen to any of my needs and were pressuring me to get into a lease. I clearly said several times that under no circumstances was I getting a lease. They only offered me $1000 for my car and came back with MSRP price for the new car-never even asked ahead of time what I would be willing to pay. Very disappointed because I bought my previous car there when it was majestic and was still a family owned dealership. I went there for 10 years with my car when it was majestic. Will never go back and tell everyone I know NOT to go to Balise. More

If you're looking for a replacement for your VW TDI go here I just bought a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Balise and everything from start to finish went smoothly. I'm in the same situation as a lot of VW di I just bought a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Balise and everything from start to finish went smoothly. I'm in the same situation as a lot of VW diesel owners. We are all scrambling to find a replacement car as we wait to turn in our diesels to VW. The staff at Balise understood my situation and even offered to help me during this transition. They realized that my purchase time was dictated in part by the progress of the VW recall, and did not pressure me into buying before I had everything lined up. In the end, I purchased my Civic early, and parked my Jetta as it awaits for its turn in date. For all you VW owners looking for a replacement for their TDI's, I would strongly recommend Balise Honda as a place to stop. More

Kudos to Service Manager Took my 2010 Honda Fit to Express Lube for an oil & transmission change. A week later my car starting smoking in the back and there was oil splattered Took my 2010 Honda Fit to Express Lube for an oil & transmission change. A week later my car starting smoking in the back and there was oil splattered all over the back. I want to thank the Service Mgr., Peter Slota, for taking responsibility for the attendant not tightening the plug and causing my car to drain most of it's oil. They towed my car, gave me a loaner and committed to finding out what happened. On behalf of his dealer, he did the right thing, thoroughly checking the car for damage and guaranteeing that if there is a future problem they will take care to it. Thank you Mr. Slota and Balise for doing right by the customer. He was pleasant and professional. More
