I didn't get any feeling of pressure to buy during the experience and Mouyad processed all of the paperwork very quickly. He possessed a vast array of knowledge of the Honda product and was extremely informative throughout our dealings. although I did not purchase a vehicle from Balise it had nothing to do with the customer service I was provided at all, it was top notch in my opinion and Mike should be lauded for his efforts. My decision was solely based on the fact that in my opinion Honda has not included certain options in the packages of trim levels at certain price points. I found that the vehicle I chose of equal quality (and not a Hyundai, KIA or Toyota ) was far better equipped and matched Honda in other areas. I liked the dealership and Mike Poulin was outstanding!!!! Mike did all he could for me and my decision to not purchase should not reflect him in any way. Honda just could not beat the price I was given with equal trim level and options included. More

Great Experience, Would Recommend I'm a recent college grad soon-to-be grad student and knew it was time to start looking for a more reliable car. After test driving a couple of differ I'm a recent college grad soon-to-be grad student and knew it was time to start looking for a more reliable car. After test driving a couple of different cars at another dealership (who really didn't give me the time of day), I knew what I wanted and was refreshed when I went to Balise of West Warwick. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mouayad who helped me on this deal and Ian, who assisted me from finance. They really took their time and put much effort into getting me an affordable price, even staying an hour later than the dealership was opened for just to work with me. Mouayad was also very thorough and provided me with all the information I asked for and support. He also followed up with me the next day and when my plates came in to ensure that no time was wasted and that I would be in the vehicle as quickly and effortlessly as possible. While you won't find haggling or the ability to negotiate much on the price of the vehicles here, they are still affordable and have a plethora of a selection to choose from. Since this was my first genuine car-buying experience, I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with exceptional service and a smooth process that was made easy to me thanks to Mouayad and his fellow associates.
