The best experience ever! It was fast, thorough and one of the workers, Matt, even provided a great coupon for me to use at that visit. I honestly will never go anywhere else for this type of service. My daughter is the one who told me about it because she has been using them for quite some time. I don't know why the other local Honda dealerships don't offer this type of service. I wanted to write this review because usually only the complainers bother to write one. Matt and company are doing a great job and really go out of their way to make your experience a quality one. Hello im ...... and you are.... Went to the Quaker Lane dealership with out a appointment at 335 pm August 3. Spoke to the recptionist and said im interested in #'s for a 2016 Civic. Went to the Quaker Lane dealership with out a appointment at 335 pm August 3. Spoke to the recptionist and said im interested in #'s for a 2016 Civic. She brought me over to two salespeople who were seated at desks. One was in mid bite of food so the other one got up passed me and followed the recptionist back to her desk. I had to wave her down, the dealership was clse to empty inside. I told her what wpexact car i wanted and in which colors. One was in the showroom about 8 feet from me. ashe had to try and get on the computer and find the car. She ended up on the web site that we look at and then said she needs to talk to her manager. Got up unplugged her phone and walked away. At this point its been over 5 min since i sat down and she had yest to introduce herself or ask my name. When she returned the price was WAY over sticker. I informed her I have 2 prices lower on hand from othdr dealerships. She said that they match quotes/prices. Again I said I have 2 prices lower with me. She said nothing. I walked out amazed and trying not to laugh. I bought from the location before it was Belise. Luckily my time wasted was short. More

I was originally looking at buying a used car when I found a lease deal offered at another dealership that I considered to be a great deal. I called Hamlet and asked if they would honor the other dealers offer and he said no problem. I had a new car the next day! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour! If you're looking for a great knowledgeable salesman, I would recommend contacting Hamlet ASAP! More

Poor Airbag service I bought my CRV here and found out a few months later it was being recalled. When I went in to the dealership I was told it would be 6 to 9 months be I bought my CRV here and found out a few months later it was being recalled. When I went in to the dealership I was told it would be 6 to 9 months before I could get a rental car (I need an CRV) , I needed to have the oil changed and they refused to work on it because of the recall, it was to dangerous for their mechanics. What about me the owner. I called everyweek to see if the repair parts had come in and the answer was no. I found myself having drive to Port St. Lucie FL due to my dad's death and my mom's health problems. So image my surprise when I went into Coggin Honda dealership in Ft Pierce FL with my mom's car and to my surprise when they found out about my CRV problems they offered to buy it back and replace it with a CRV that had good airbags. There was no pushing or hard sell. The salesman Don Adams and the rest of the people were outstanding they even apologized for the bad service I got from Balise in RI. I don't live in FL and that didn't make a difference to them they wanted me safe for the 1380 miles back to RI. It's to bad I had to go to FL to get better service. More

He took the time and patiently showed us how everything worked on the vehicles we were interested in. We traded in our old car and left 2 items in compartments and realized it at 2 different times! He managed to retrieve both items for us. We are extremely happy with our new CRV and really appreciated having Mouyad as our sales consultant. He was great! More

Great purchase experience I was shopping for a new Civic as a 16th birthday present for my daughter and emailed several dealerships in RI and MA for pricing. The response from Balise was prompt and straight-forward with the pricing for the specific model/trim I was interested in. When I went to the showroom, the internet sales manager greeted me and handed me off to one of their salesmen, Anthony Scudieri. I had previously had the pleasure of working with Anthony a couple years earlier when I was assisting my parents in looking for a new car, and remembered him for his straight-forwardness and kindness in dealing with my parents (even after they decided to go with a VW from the neighboring dealership), so felt like it was a "sign" when I was paired up with Anthony again when shopping for my daughters' car. Anthony clearly knows the Honda products well and was very easy to work with in finalizing the deal. Balise was willing to hold the car for 30 days, so we could surprise my daughter with it the weekend before her birthday, which took her totally by surprise when we walked into the service/delivery bay where the car was all cleaned up with balloons attached to the driver side mirror. Truly a great experience all around, from initial contact to final delivery, and at a very competitive price! More
