This is the type of quality staff you expect to see at a BMW dealership, not at a Honda dealer. She works with you in all aspects from building the foundation of your relationship with her, management, finance, and the dealership, to making sure you are making the right choice and are happy with what you are buying she isn't just putting you in a car to make a sale which is all to common in today's market. I thought it was pretty cool that she took the time to get to know me, and introduced me to the dealership as a whole. First we were surprised to find out that the dealership had been sold to Balise. Having always had excellent service at Majestic, I had my doubts; because of a previous bad experience with a different Balise franchise. We were greeted by saleswoman, Sarah Avery. She was a great help with my purchase. She went above and beyond to locate the correct vehicle. My husband was so impressed with Sarah, that he turned around and also bought a CRV. Again Sarah met the challenge of locating the specific model my husband was looking for. Since Balise has retained many of Majestic's service people, who we are well acquainted with, we still feel very comfortable dealing with the West Warwick location. More
