Above and beyond I had a great experience at Majestic Honda in West Warwick. My salesman Anthony was great. He knew exactly what I was looking for, which was not an easy find. He and his sales manager Shawn were extremely motivated to find me the CR-V I was interested in. Even when many other Honda dealerships had me on a waiting list for this particular vehicle, Anthony was the first one to call me back. He and Shawn where able to get me the black on black 2015 CR-V Touring even with the fact that there was limited numbers of this specific type. Very professional, very motivated, never rushed or pressured me. They were the only Honda dealership to come through with their promise to find me that car. Thanks Majestic West Warwick! More
Unprofessional service departement!! The service department is the most unprofessional group of "professionals" I have ever dealt with. I have brought in my Honda CRV for the past year an The service department is the most unprofessional group of "professionals" I have ever dealt with. I have brought in my Honda CRV for the past year and a half for services. I have no idea what needs to be done so I relied on the dealership to tell me everything that was needed. I went through the quick service, which is on the dealership lot, not realizing they don't tell you when anything is needed. This was a total shock to me as they would check my lights, windshield wipers, filters etc- then change my oil, and then TURN OFF my service light. So, my mistake was in trusting that they would not turn off my light without telling me there was another service I needed done. I thought that by having my oil changed at the dealership that they would take care of me and the car and let me know if it needed anything. When my brakes started to make noise I thought- hmmm... they haven't told me I need anything for my brakes or any milage servicing so I went to the main service center, where they told me not only my brakes, but also my rotors needed replaced. My CRV is a lease, however, because I went over the miles just recently, they were not going to pay for any repairs. Just as a reminder, Honda Majestic, I am still paying my lease and still have the option of paying the extra miles that I went over my lease! I was so upset. Here I have been going to a dealership service for oil changes every time it was due and was never told anything else was needed. I went to a dealership because I trusted they would tell me what I needed. If they would have recommended getting my brakes checked sooner or telling me the service light recommended a full milage check up then, this would have been caught and replaced while the vehicle was still under milage and covered by the lease and surely would have been caught before the rotors were ruined. Only changing the brake pads would have been much cheaper. I would have expected that their "experienced technician" would tell me "hey lady, doing the quick lube service every time is not enough. We recommend to rotate the tires, check the brakes before the winter, etc". I felt they tricked me in the end. When I tried to explain that I thought I would have been told sooner if something was needed by the servicing, the guy did not care. He pretty much told me that there was nothing he could do and that I should have come in sooner. Well I would have if I had known! I literally just had the vehicle there at the quick service 4 days prior! Again, the "experienced technician" did not hear the brakes making noise as I pulled up to the shop?!?! The manager's response was "yes, I don't know how come they did not hear that, but now the brakes are metal on metal and the pads and rotors have to be changed and there is nothing I can do!!!" He also said that they only do what the client asked for??? So at Honda Majestic every client has to know what needs to be done with their car. Professional recommendations are not something they provide! be aware! To make things even worse- When I went to pick up my vehicle it was pouring rain. They left my CRV parked at the end of the parking lot- pointed in it's general directing from inside the garage and I had to walk aimlessly to find my CRV and was soaking wet- they could see I didn't have an umbrella or rain boots! The service is so bad!! I have never been to a dealership where they don't drive the car up for you. Most placed will even vacuum out the front area. There unwillingness to try to understand my concerns and the disrespect of making me walk out across the parking lot to pick up my CRV in a horrible rain storm was incredibly unprofessional and very very poor client care. More

Best car buying experience I could ask for I called the night before I wanted to come in to schedule an appointment with Ryan. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and he was actually av I called the night before I wanted to come in to schedule an appointment with Ryan. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and he was actually available immediately. He really listened to what I was looking for, we look over a couple of options and off we went. Ryan is really laid back and his main concern was that I got a car and price that I wanted. I did not feel pressured once during my entire interaction with him. I would recommend both Majestic Honda South and Ryan to anyone that was looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More

Purchasing a Honda Accord LX Checked and received an e-price online; dealership true to word; filled all my requests---let me pay cash with no increase in price, Dave Fontaine was Checked and received an e-price online; dealership true to word; filled all my requests---let me pay cash with no increase in price, Dave Fontaine was great---no pressure, set up bluetooth, showed me all the features of car, said I could return for more help with learning all intricacies of car; phoned my insurance so I could drive car off lot. Jeanne in office explained all options without pressure that were offered to me upon purchase of car, completed all paperwork quickly and clearly. What a great experience overall! I will recommend Majestic Honda to anyone who is thinking of an auto purchase. More
