It was clearly evident by her statements and actions that she was genuinely interested in assisting me rather than just selling another car. Sarah was able to demonstrate her knowledge of various Honda Accord models, detailing the features of each in an enthusiastic and complimentary manner. She welcomed my questions and took the time to pay close attention to all of the details. Debra Gleavy, the business manager, and Sarah worked collaboratively to ensure that I was getting the best deal possible while providing a completely stress free experience. Their dedication and customer service to Majestic Honda South is unparalleled. I have already begun referring my friends and family to Sarah Avery and Majestic Honda South. The entire process took a couple of hours - Ryan was transparent about everything from the fees, the price, the process, etc. He didn't try to oversell me anything - he was very respectful of both my time and what I wanted. This was actually my second purchase from Majestic. My first was in 2005 and I think everyone at the dealership is very respectful of their customers and takes their customers purchase seriously.
