My recent car-buying experience was very positive. I stopped in to check on an incentive postcard, and two hours later I was driving away with my new Hybrid Civic. He knows a new vehicle purchase is not an easy decision, and he was very calming, answered all our questions, and did not rush us in any way whatsoever, even though the dealership had to stay open past closing time to close our deal. He handled everything with class, and understanding. I will definately be back to buy another Honda, and I will only see Mr. Fontaine to handle the sale. My wife and I were fortunate and lucky to have meet Mr. Fontaine. He is definitely a huge asset to Majestic Honda, and I wish him all the luck, and happiness this world has to offer. Automobile salesman have a unfortunate distinction of being pushy, and overbearing. Mr. Fontaine is exactly the opposite. We bought a Pilot from the dealership almost 5 years ago. We wanted to trade in for a new Pilot. We did go to another Honda Dealership in Mass and was not happy with the service. My salesperson, David Palino made the experience easy, and comfortable. I'm leasing for the first time, and he answered all the questions I had. Not just about leasing, but about the models that I was looking at and my trade in. David is very professional and honest, and I felt very well taken care of. His knowledge of the model I was looking at was exceptional. I would highly recommend Majestic Honda, and David Palino! Hands down, it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership! This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Start to finish our salesman, Eric Bruno, was awesome. He even spent time making sure we received extra incentives from Honda, we were unaware of. The entire staff was friendly and very concerned about our satisfaction. We were in and out, driving our newly purchased car in an incredibly short time. I have probably bought 20 cars for myself and my family in the last forty years and this was hands down one of best experiences ever. If you're looking for a Honda, do yourself a favor and head straight to Majestic - and ask for Eric! More

I had seen a car of interest as I drove by the lot several days, and finally decided to stop. I have not had the best of luck at car dealerships previously, making me very hesitant to stop. As soon as I got out of my car and walked over to the car I liked, Josh walked right over. He was a very friendly salesman and never once made me feel like I was getting the run around. I first told him of my previous dealership experiences, told him what I would like and what I could afford and also that I did not have a lot of time to waste waiting around. I left, giving him time to talk to his supervisor and see if what I laid out would work. Not even two hours later, Josh called and said it would work and that I could go back the next day to get it all started. I went back the next day, and after the test drive and singing paperwork, Josh could tell I was getting a little overwhelmed, also because I had my 3 year old son with me and that is a hand full in itself. Josh made sure I had everything done on my part and told me to take my son home for a bit while he finished everything on his part. While home he text me with any new information he had, which was always good information and was nice to know what was going on. When I got the text that everything was all set, I went back. The car was ready to go and I just had a few extra finance papers to sign. Josh made this entire process very easy and stress free! On top of taking care of every car need, he also called my vet to let them know I was going to be running a bit late for my puppy's appointment as I was still getting my things into my new car. :) Josh is the absolute best salesmen I have ever dealt with and always went above and beyond!! From the time I first walked on their lot to the time I left in my new car there was no xx to deal with, he said he could make it happen and he did!! More

Thirty years ago, my husband and I bought our first new Honda Accord. Since that time, our family has owned seven more Hondas; Accords and Civics, both new and used, and have dealt with four different Hon Honda Accord. Since that time, our family has owned seven more Hondas; Accords and Civics, both new and used, and have dealt with four different Honda dealers. Three of the dealers were in Connecticut and the fourth was Majestic Honda in Warwick. We live on the border between Connecticut and Rhode Island, and access to all the dealers is within our comfort zone of travel. The last dealer we purchased from was Majestic, when we helped our daughter buy a 2010 Accord. We had such a positive experience that went above and beyond what we had experienced with the other dealers, that we knew when it was time for another Honda, we would just head to Majestic. Well, just a few days ago, I met with Dave Fontaine, who sold me a new 2014 Accord. It can be an intimidating process even knowing what you want ahead of time, but Dave made me feel comfortable and at ease and with his knowledge worked with me and put me in my new car within just a few hours time. The new electronic features in the car are wonderful, but there is a learning curve. Dave took the time to patiently go over the whole car and made sure that my phone was synced up to the BlueTooth before I drove away. He also emphasized several times the hours that he would be available if I had any additional questions or needed to review anything. I also met with Terra Carson, who did a thorough job going over the various options to take care of and extend the life of my new car. She is a very personable woman, who turned nuts and bolts talk into a pleasant experience too. I would never hesitate to recommend Majestic to anyone who is interested in buying a Honda. I also want to add, that we have had a number of experiences with the service department at Majestic, which have all been positive. More

When my husband and I went into Majestic we were pleasantly greeted and Dave Palino helped us from start to finish in getting a new car. Ter easy. Terra Carson in finance was also very helpful I had a Toyota 1997 Camry that I loved and hated to give up but am happy to say am enjoying my new Honda CRV. I have never owned a Honda and was given great service. Not only did Honda offer a better deal, I also got "Honda" dollars to use toward my purchase. This did help me make my decision on getting the car. I am new to Honda but have to say after this experience, we will be doing business with Majestic Honda in the future too.
