Terra Carson in finance was also very helpful I had a Toyota 1997 Camry that I loved and hated to give up but am happy to say am enjoying my new Honda CRV. I have never owned a Honda and was given great service. Not only did Honda offer a better deal, I also got "Honda" dollars to use toward my purchase. This did help me make my decision on getting the car. I am new to Honda but have to say after this experience, we will be doing business with Majestic Honda in the future too. I went in to look at a Volkswagen Passat and as soon as I stepped out my car I was greeted by a very friendly employee who pointed me in the right direction. He showed us how to use all the cars gadgets before we left. We met w/ Terra when everything was already settled. She was honest and efficient with the paperwork. My only complaint is that she was a bit pushy with add-ons (paint protection, warranties, etc) after we made it clear we were not interested. However, this was a minor issue compared to the high pressure environments we experienced at other area dealerships. I also worked with Catherine Ledgere over email who was great. Her quote over email matched exactly what I got in the end. More

Last summer I visited several dealerships while shopping for a new car. Once I decided to buy a Honda again, I contacted several dealers for pricing. Once back at Majestic Honda - South, where I'd bought my minivan 10 years earlier, I was relieved to find that Ryan Waskewicz treated me in a professional, friendly manner. I never felt rushed or pushed, but felt confident that I was being treated fairly. I ended up leasing my new CRV from Majestic in August. A month later, a distracted driver plowed through a light and into my new CRV, totaling it. I headed straight back to Majestic to work with Ryan again. He and Terra were helpful and understanding, and made replacing the CRV a positive, hassle-free experience. I have been very happy with my experiences at Majestic Honda and recommend it to everyone. Really liked the selection and quality of the used cars they had here compared to a few other places. Low mileage. No nasty smoke or wet dog smell inside like we had found at a couple other dealerships. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale which was nice. Also glad they give a lifetime powertrain warranty, overall good experience. More
