On Thursday afternoon I had some major problems with my 10 year-old car. I called and they got me a service appointment immediately. I took a ride home from their shuttle service, and the driver was SO 10 year-old car. I called and they got me a service appointment immediately. I took a ride home from their shuttle service, and the driver was SO nice. He asked me what kind of car I had and told me he would wash and vacuum it for me after the work was done. A short time later, I got a call from Majestic letting me know the amount of work I needed done on my vehicle. Because of the cost and how old my car was, I asked them to let me know the trade-in value of my car. They gave me a very fair price, especially based on all the work they knew I needed to have done, so I decided to start looking at their used car inventory. I walked in, asked to see a specific car that was on the website, and they let me take it out for a test drive. They let me take it out alone, which I really appreciated. I wouldn't have felt comfortable testing it the way I did if someone was sitting in the passenger seat. After a very small amount of negotiation, I walked out with a brand new (used) car a couple hours later. They even helped me move everything from my old car into my new car, which...believe me, was A LOT. The best part? I don't even have to go to the DMV or work with my Insurance agent - they're doing it all for me. I would definitely recommend Majestic Honda South, and will be doing all of my future service work at Majestic myself. More
