This is the best Honda Dealer in RI! I bought a new 2014 Honda CR-V and I went to both Metro Honda and Herb Chambers as well and Majestic was better for three reasons: 1) fewer hidden fees 2) Dave was mo Honda CR-V and I went to both Metro Honda and Herb Chambers as well and Majestic was better for three reasons: 1) fewer hidden fees 2) Dave was more knowlegable about the car than any other salesman 3) pricing was very competitive and they gave me the best price right away. Let me first state that if you are considering Majestic Honda there is no better Sales Consultant than Dave Fontaine. Dave is different than any car 'consultant' that I have come in contact with. He actually tool the time to listen to what I wanted AND what I needed. I was considering an Accord and possibly a CIvic. I drive a lot of miles in my car and need to be comfortable, Dave was patient and knowledgeable. If not for the fear my review would seem phony or staged I would be more descriptive. The bottom line here is that I highly, highly recommend Dave Fontaine at Majestic Honda (south) for all your car buying needs. More
I went to Majestic, because I was in the market to buy a used car. They had the brand of car I was looking for at a terrific price. I made an apt for a test ride and was assigned to Sarah Avery. After one offer, we arrived at an agreeable price with the sales manager and I purchased the car within an hour. My experience with Sarah and the dealership was flawless. It was a pleasure to buy a car from her and Majestic. Most certainly the best experience I have ever had buying a car--and this, coming from someone who would rather go to the dentist over buying a car! LOL I would most certainly recommend Sarah and Majestic Honda to friends as well as use them again next time we are in the market for a new or used car. More

We went at the dealership looking for a used car for my wife but left that day without finding what we were looking for. John took our info and told us he would call if he came across what we wanted. We kept looking, we weren't really in a hurry and after a couple of weeks John contacted us with the perfect match. David Fontaine was great to work with. He was very accommodating to me and my parents while we were deciding on a vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even after the purchase, Dave made sure to walk us through all the steps of the purchase process and was not overbearing in any way. I am writing this review because I have been extremely pleased with Majestic South. My salesman was Dave Fontaine who was a true gentleman. He never pressured me. I had never leased a car before and Dave certainly helped me get a great deal. I highly recommend Dave and the people who I have met at Majestic south. The service and care has been terrific. I bought a pre-owned Pilot recently. Anthony Scudieri was very professional and patient, as I am definitely not an impulse buyer. My previous SUV, a Trooper lasted me 14+ years. Love the Pilot, but as a bui very professional and patient, as I am definitely not an impulse buyer. My previous SUV, a Trooper lasted me 14+ years. Love the Pilot, but as a builder, the factory roof rack is not adequate for my purposes. I will replace it with an after-market rig. When I examined the factory rack to remove it I noticed evidence of a previous repaint-the previous owner had had a body shop repair some sort of minor damage not reported on CarFax. The unknown body shop had painted AROUND the feet of the rails and now the clear coat was peeling away. After a very cordial meeting with Lee Aruth, the Sales Manager, and John Martins, the Body-Shop manager, Mr Aruth agreed to repair this problem at no expense to me, simply to make me completely satisfied with my Majestic experience. They had to prep and completely clear-coat BOTH sides, not including the doors, because the area is continuous from the roof rails to the sills! Mr Martins even offered and indeed did install new roof moldings, to replace the old ones removed for the future after-market rails. Let me emphasize ALL this work was not their fault, but they felt a responsibility and need to make me completely satisfied. As an owner of a small business, I always feel a need to make my customers satisfied, but that is a much more intimate relationship. It might have been easy to brush me off with the fact that they had no responsibility in the matter. But NO! These three men went above and beyond the call of duty, and I am truly impressed! More
