My wife and I had been to two (2) prior Honda dealerships and even though this was our fourth Honda product each dealer was less than helpful. On Saturday 8/17 we went to Majestic Honda South and met Josh. and even though this was our fourth Honda product each dealer was less than helpful. On Saturday 8/17 we went to Majestic Honda South and met Josh. Right from the start we knew the experience would be different. Within 20 minutes we had a deal and 2 hours later we left the dealership with a brand new 2013 Honda Accord. Well done and a very big thank you to Josh. Ms. Sarah Avery--the sales consultant with whom I worked--was absolutely first-rate. She was very knowledgeable about the Honda model in which I was interested--the 2013 Accord--as well as the diff worked--was absolutely first-rate. She was a clear and thorough explainer--before, during, and after the test-drive--and gave complete answers to all questions. She was friendly, personable, and altogether genuine in our interactions; focused but not at all high-pressured. When it became time to discuss the terms of the sale, she was an excellent liaison between me and Mike Girard, the Sales Manager. He, in turn, was very effective in finding my preferred color-combination (from another dealership). Finally, Ms. Terra Carson, the Business Manager, was very efficient in working out the financial paperwork. I have had contact with a number of dealerships--in CT and NY as well as RI--for various brands--Toyota, Nissan, Fiat, and Dodge.
