My experience at Majestic Honda was a positive one. I would rather go to the dentist than go automobile shopping. With that said, Dave Fontaine made the experience as pain free as possible. Dave Fontaine was terrific. He immediately understood what I wanted in a vehicle and how I wanted the transaction to go. I am still very impressed with how Dave exceeded my expectations. I had shopped around, test drove several vehicles and visited numerous dealerships. My daughter wasn't with me when I test drove the Pilot at another dealership so as we were driving by Majestic we stopped in so she could see the Pilot I was considering. We met Dave who applied no pressure and was very pleasant! We decided to purchase the Pilot and from Majestic for three reasons; 1. Majestic gave us the best price. 2. A recommendation on the Majestic dealership from someone at Flood Ford. 3. The primary reason however was Dave our salesman. After meeting him the day prior I called and let him know we decided on the Pilot and could he give me a quote. He didn't ask what the other dealerships quoted, didn't even ask who his competition was. Within 10 minutes he called me with the best price. Honestly, I was relieved and impressed by his integrity. The other dealerships wanted to know which dealerships quoted and how much. Metro wanted me to get the quote in writing, which turned me off instantly. Dave had me complete the credit application on-line and offered to call me when it was ready. Not only did he expedite the whole delivery by coordinating with others at Majestic letting them know I wanted to be in-and-out quick, but he also called Enterprise and arranged for them to pick up my rental. The other associates in he dealership were nice too. Everyone congratulated us, not a big deal but a really nice touch. Overall it was a great experience. Since then I've recommended Dave at Majestic twice. More

My current lease from Honda Financial Services was up and I was in the market to lease another Honda Pilot. I received a quote from Boch Honda and Herb Chambers of Seekonk before going to my local Majestic M I was in the market to lease another Honda Pilot. I received a quote from Boch Honda and Herb Chambers of Seekonk before going to my local Majestic Motors to see if they can help me. The run around and lies that I received from Boch and the extremely poor customer service from Herb Chambers made me dread dealerships, until I met David Fontaine at Majestic Motors in West Warwick. He tells it like it is and not only did he get the best price on my Pilot that I had just purchased, but I also received a fair price on my lease trade in. He didn't give me any runarounds with pricing and within 5-10 minutes he had the total monthly payment that I would be receiving rather than Herb Chambers taking 2 days to figure out a monthly price. At no time did I feel mistrust or miscommunication and I can't thank him enough for how simple he made the process for me. He's a great guy and you definitely won't be disappointed to have him as your sales person. Thank you so much Majestic Motors and thank you Dave for all you did for me and for making my purchase stress free...a lot of sales people could surely learn a lot from you!!!! Crystal Dube :) More
