Rachel and Terra (finance) were excellent!! I normally hate the whole car buying experience because I hate negotiating and am always afraid I will get screwed somehow. Also, almost any dealership you go to some sales person is ready to pounce on you before you even park your car. There was none of this at Majestic. The whole process was PAINLESS!! Rachel gave us such a great deal right off that there was no need to negotiate. She also is very personable without being phony. Terra in finance was just as great! Two thumbs up!!! More
Found a car I liked online and went down to check it out with no intention to buy on the spot. I preference my comments by saying that I do not write reviews because it does not benefit me. It only possibly benefits the next customer. And research shows that most feedback is simply ignored. (Additionally, the web site for conducting a review is not user friendly.) So why am I writing a review? Because I am disappointed and was hoping dealerships had really changed in how they handle customers since my last purchase. How do I handle disappointment from a sales/purchase decision in the future?(not just cars) I vote with my money elsewhere. So... It has been over two weeks and I am still waiting for my owner's manual which needs to be in the glove compartment for on-the-spot reference. I still do not know how to use the 4WD and refuse to download any manual on-line. Why? Because the web site for the dealership stated that there was an owner's manual with the car being sold. Honda is a good/great product. I have owned 3 Acura vehicles. I really wanted the 4WD, so that is why I chose the Pilot over the MDX. Just because a product has a good reputation does not necessarily mean the dealership automatically is aligned with the product. It was troubling that I had to make discoveries about the purchased vehicle and then have to take time out of my schedule to return it for repairs when the problems could have easily been discovered if the vehicle had been better examined. (Vibration at speeds over 70 mph, which turned out to be out of balanced tires. Rear compartment handle not working properly, just needed cleaning/adjustment). Additionally, I also needed the electrical wire hook-up for a trailer installed. I paid for the installation at the time of the vehicle purchase. I found it disturbing that the sales person said yes that a 4-pin could be installed. Even though the the sales order did not specifically state my request for a 4-pin hook-up, I did not give it a second thought. However, when I picked the vehicle up I was told that Honda only uses 7-pin blade connectors. So, I had to go to the trailer store and buy a connector-adapter. You may say, "what is the big deal?" It is about the details, that make the buying experience complete, not just smiles and "yes sirs" (which I did receive plenty of), which makes me suspicious about the smiles and yes sirs, when attention to detail does not occur or even exist. So.. I guess I will have to order my owner's manual and dome light lens myself. Oh, and attention to detail at point of sale, in my opinion, translates in to whether I would use the dealership for service. I think you know the answer. I have bought a Used car from Majestic Honda. They accepted my offer 10 days ago and asked for a deposit to start addressing a few items that were part of the agreement that was accepted. 7 days ago accepted my offer 10 days ago and asked for a deposit to start addressing a few items that were part of the agreement that was accepted. 7 days ago the sales transaction was completed. A week ago they told me one item was left to complete. Every day during the week I was given the impression that it would be ready the next day until I found out that did have the part yet. They have my money and don't seem interested in completing their end of the deal in a timely fashion. So far not so good. Lots of delays and waiting on my part ever since we agreed on the deal. More

Richard was great. Showed us the car that we had come in to see but at the end of the test drive said let's take a look through the lot to see if another used car (perhaps one that had not been readied for to see but at the end of the test drive said let's take a look through the lot to see if another used car (perhaps one that had not been readied for sale yet) fit what we were looking for better. He also took time to look at the Lincoln,RI dealership inventory if something might work. As it turned out, Richard found us a 'diamond in the rough'. The dealership was able to come down within our final price range including taxes, fees etc. We were so happy as we had been combing on-line sites, newspapers and car magazines since last October looking for the right car as a college graduation present for our daughter. This was it! Terra was clear with explanations on the paperwork which we also appreciated. We picked up the car on Saturday morning and it was ready and waiting. All cleaned up just like a brand new car. We were in and out within 1/2 hour. Although I can't speak for their service department at this time, I would not hesitate to provide my repeat business to this dealership. More

I can not express how wonderful my experience at Majestic Honda South was. I had a terrible experience leasing my first Honda at Metro the servie was terrible, very unprofessional workers and it made me very uncomfortable to do business with them. At Majestic it was just the opposite they have a great selection of cars and trucks a great and friendly staff who is willing to help you in any way they can. I will 100% buy/lease a car from majestic in the future! Sarah was simply amazing she was friendly, kind, always smiling, assured me everything was going to work out fine and it always did. She was consistent with her sales and made the car leasing process painless and dare I say it almost fun. The team work between Sarah and her managers was fast and right to the point there was not much of a haggle, they worked to make me happy and got me into the car I wanted. I will recommend Sarah at Majestic to anyone whoe is looking to buy or lease a new car, I already sent my parents up there to start looking for there new car as well as my sister.
