I had been using Majestic Honda South to service my 13 year old Honda Accord for a couple years. I recently took it in to get service done and decided it was time to trade it in. Our experience at Majestic was terrific. From start to finish and even when we returned after the sale was completed everyone was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and cooperative. Our salesman David Fontaine had detailed knowledge about the features of each model and we got the feeling that the dealership was not trying to sell us on the most expensive. They were very candid about features we could do without. They also put in extra time to get us the color of car and upholstery we wanted although there was another on the lot and many of another available in the local area. Financing arrangements were quickly and competently handled by Terra, so that we could make it on time to another appointment. The entire transaction was handled professionally by all involved and we unreservedly recommend this dealership for sales and service due to our long experience with many long-lasting Hondas over the years. I was looking for a used Honda Element with low mileage, and was on my way to look at one at a dealership in Boston. But before leaving RI, I stopped in to see Mike Girard at Majestic. I've worked with Mike and Michelle on past Honda purchases, and I needed some advice on a complicated transaction involving the soon-to-be-owner in Spain, an ultimate registration in Arizona, a short time-frame to complete the transaction, and my apprehension dealing with the RI and Mass DMV's. By chance, Mike had a 2011 Element on the lot, and it was pefect, except for color. Mike laid out in detail how the transaction could be done in RI, with help from the staff at Majestic. Although I continued on to Boston to check out the other car, Mike had noted my interest, and when I returned later in the day to make a deposit, we were able to complete the deal with very little effort on my part. There were some problems that occured later on with registration, taxes and title, but they were solved by Mike, Rich Brown, and the Majestic staff. I was very impressed, and thankful, that all the folks at Majestic were able to make this happen. They performed far above my expectations. The transaction was completed on time, and the new owner is happily driving his Element around the red hills of AZ. More
