I had purchased my Honda Accord at Majestic Honda several years ago, so I recommended the Honda product to my wife. When we visited Majestic Honda and went into the sales showroom, we were first greeted by years ago, so I recommended the Honda product to my wife. When we visited Majestic Honda and went into the sales showroom, we were first greeted by David Fontaine and we were immmediately struck with his demeanor (friendly but professional, no pressure, pleasant, easy to speak with and other positive words that are not usually associated with a car sales person). We were able to ask him several questions; told him our focus (test driving, our interest in the Honda Fit, CR-V and Civic; he listened attentively. David stated that there were no 2012 Fits or CR-V's currently available but they did have 2012 Civics and there were some great incentives for that model year but they also had the others for 2013 - still no 'let me put you in a car today' sales pitch - so far so good! Since we were interested in test driving any car first, David stayed with that instead of getting to a sales person's job of selling. We were immediately comfortable that this was not going to be like our last recent visit to a Toyota dealer in Warwick, who kept trying to get us into a car 'today', when we had repeatedly stated we were in the looking and test driving stage only. That experience made us not want to go there to the Toyota dealer (or any dealer) ever again (and we have Toyotas in our family - it's a good product as well). Anyway, went for a test drive in the 2012 Civic (and this was the fourth test drive we'd been on over the last couple weeks in other cars at other dealers). My wife drove; David was knowledgeable, personable and attentive to my wife's and my questions. We got back to Majestic Honda and I knew this was the car for my wife and the one she wanted. Dave's manager, Mike Girard (also a great guy to work with - he sold me my last Honda), came to David's desk; we talked finances and made a great deal. David Fontaine remained the point person and was patient and professional - still no sales pitch to buy this or that additional extra - it was always our call to make and decide what we wanted. David also told us they would handle the registration and also spoke to our car insurance company to arrange the coverage without interruption - something else that was a tremendous help for us. We also spoke to Kyle for other financing - long term protection, etc. Kyle explanined some extras that would also cost more montly but we declined and that was that - no strong-arm sales pitch. My wife drove her 2012 Civic home that day and this all took less than an hour and a half or so - of course we knew what we were interested in and what we wanted to spend (and ultimately the car dealer we were mainly interested in - Majestic Honda). Dave Fontaine really put the icing on the cake for in his professionalism, customer-centric focus and attention to my wife's car needs. More
Upon looking for a new car, my brother and his wife recommended Majestic and also recommended Doug Haring. Unfortunately Doug was out on sick leave and Dave Fontaine took care of me. The overall expe recommended Majestic and also recommended Doug Haring. Unfortunately Doug was out on sick leave and Dave Fontaine took care of me. The overall experience went smoothly with Dave and Terra. Originally, Kyle was the one looking into the financial end of things and I did not appreciate his customer service one bit; I was completely turned off. If it wasn't for Dave introducing me to Terra, I'm not sure if I would have purchased a vehicle from Majestic. I am thrilled I went thru with the purchase; I love my car! More

My Girlfriend and I went in search of a new car and ventured into Majestic Honda to look at Honda Civics. Sarah had taken the task of helping us with joy, a change of pace from the other dealerships th ventured into Majestic Honda to look at Honda Civics. Sarah showed us a variety of the models they had available, was very knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured to buy a car, another great change of pace. She was enjoyable to work with and we chose to buy the car from Majestic because of her service. More

Besides being knowledgeable and hard working, he was also very funny and made the process of buying a car pain free. We did alot of shopping around because getting the best price was very important to us. Richard got us the best deal. We also dealt with Kyle Smith who helped complete our transaction. I got outstanding customer service; Sarah and Jack were honest, sincere and diligent. The customer experience seemed more important than the sale. The price was very fair and Mike Gerard explained all the details and gave me a good price on my trade-in(2004 Accord).I have worked with Mike in the past. Debbie Pinto was friendly and helpful as a sales consultant from beginning to end. The financing paperwork was completed quickly thanks to Terra Carson. Majestic Honda is a low-key no pressure dealership. I always feel comfortable there. The service is excellent when you bring your car in for any work needed. More

Jack Dafonseca (General Sales Manager) and Doug Haring (Sales) also aided in making the entire experience relatively pleasant (as pleasant as it can be when one is spending many thousands of dollars.) She was great from the start...very patient (even after 3 visits), and we never seemed rushed or pressured. Her personality helped sell the car. We are very happy with it, rides beautifully & is exactly what we were looking for. We also appreciated the extra time Rachel spent showing us all of the amazing features the Pilot has to offer! More
