I started my buying process with someone who is no longer there who I really enjoyed dealing with but overall, the process was very professional. We drove to another dealership in search for a used Odyssey EX-L. They did not have one in our price range or exactly what we wanted. Their salesman suggested we try Majestic Honda which was 20 minut Odyssey EX-L. They did not have one in our price range or exactly what we wanted. Their salesman suggested we try Majestic Honda which was 20 minutes away and in the general area. We arrived 10 minutes before they were to close. Richard Brown showed us what they had and offered to let us test drive the EX Odyssey which met our price range. We liked the car but wanted to look some more. Upon checking his inventory again he found a EX-L which he was unaware he had because it was listed as belonging to their Lincoln RI dealership. He offered to let me drive it which I did. The care was absolutly great and was just what I was looking for. He offered it to me for the same price as the EX which was lowered from their original price. Offered me a good price for my Old CR-V. The dealership stayed open for an extra 2 hours on a Saturday evening, in Order to accomodate us and to complete the sale. I picked the car up several days later on the day I agreeded upon. Richard Brown salemen did what he said he was going to do for me in addition gave me a good deal. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the exceptional vehicle I purchesed. More

I first ordered my new honda civic on 7 Sept, after my accord was total in an accident. When i approached the salesman Bob, I explained my situation informing him i was in a renter and needed a car ASAP. accord was total in an accident. When i approached the salesman Bob, I explained my situation informing him i was in a renter and needed a car ASAP..He informed me that there were 2 available (I drive a manual), gave me the color choice i had availabe, i picked one and was promided delivery by 9/14..The 14th came and went..no phone call. I finally called him, asking where my car my be..at that time i was promised a car 0n 9/21. again date came and went with no phone call. Went into the dealer my self on 9/23, spoke with the manager, very appologetic, again promising to look into it, That night i recieved a call from bob..staing he was sorry, and he had found a vechicle locally and would by here by no later than monday, again monday comes..no call..went to the dealer,,quess what NO CAR!! They promtly refunded by deposit and provided my with info on a dealer in Mass.. I had my new car within the week with the other dealer.. this is not my 1st Honda..actually its my 5th and have dealt with majestic in the past. But will not in the future More
Great, great experience at Majestic and particulary with Joe Bevilacqua. I found that Richard Brown was knowledgable, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and affordability. He took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions no matter how many and very attentive to my needs and affordability. With leasing a new vehicle he put me at ease and I would recommend all to contact Mr. Richard Brown with either buying or leasing a vehicle. Mr. Brown contacted me after I received my CRV and said if I had any questions or concerns to call him or just stop in and he would be there for me. I felt that he truly was committed to be there for me should I need him. This is the first dealership where I have had a salesman contact me at home to see how I was doing with the vehicle and to offer any assistance should I need any. I felt like I was part of his family. Caring about peoples needs should come first especially with this economy and the value of a dollar. I would certainly go back to Majestic Honda and look up Mr. Richard Brown. He has sold me to be a repeat customer. I have three children and will take them to see Mr. Brown when they are in need of a new vehicle and you never know when that might be. Sooner rather than later. Sincerely Suzanne Laprad More
I love my 2011 red Civic, which I bought in November 2010! I can't believe my luck in Majestic Honda! The Sales & Service Departments are top-knotch! From the time we walked in the door to purchase the car, to the oil changes in the service department, I am treated with nothing but respect and kindness! They have always treated me as if I were a brand new customer, but now they know my name. The service department has taken such good care of me with rides to/from work and a newly washed and vacuumed car! If you are in the market for a new (or used) Honda, you would never be displeased with them! Please always consider them when choosing a dealer. I don't believe you will be disappointed!!! I just made my first purchased from this dealership of a used Honda Pilot. John, the salesperson, was responsive but limited in his ability to help by the manager for the following: Given that it was a us used Honda Pilot. John, the salesperson, was responsive but limited in his ability to help by the manager for the following: Given that it was a used vehicle I asked for a touch paint pen when picking up the car (a $5-$10 item--Benny's had aftermarket pens on sale for less than $5). Also, it took 18 days to process my registration (and I had to call 3 times about it). When picking up my registration, I showed John (salesperson) the worn and stained front floor mats and a broken seat cover on the third row seating. I also found a baby rattle that slipped between the third row seating. He opined that he did not notice the mats or the broken seatback cover when we looked at the car before purchase. I understand that this is a used vehicle but even he said that this should not be in a certified car. John checked with the detail crew and informed me that the crew forman said they do the best they can. John also said that he would check with his manager. My thought is that if these minor items were overlooked, how about the major ones? Seeing how upset I was, John gave me a touch up pen and said he would call about the other items. I have not heard from him as yet. I told John that it seemed that the dealership and this manager was less interested in establishing a long term customer relationship with a first-time customer and more interested in the quick sale. It's how the small things are handled that count as an indication of customer commitment and quality of work and even more so when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I am now very hesitant to bring my vehicle back for any type of service work or to purchase another vehicle from them (I plan on puchasing two more vehicles within the next 2 years). More
