From the test drive to the business office to the final inspection and delivery of the car my daughter and I felt very important to the company. They were sincere in their efforts to earn my business and they did. I also own some more expensive cars and I received better service at Balise, than I did at those dealerships. No call back after buying a car there 2 months ago I am very disappointed in Harry Nyugen and Shawn Lajunese. I reached out to the dealership about a week ago to look into purchasing another car from t I am very disappointed in Harry Nyugen and Shawn Lajunese. I reached out to the dealership about a week ago to look into purchasing another car from this dealership. I spoke with a female that said she would pass information on to Shawn. I provided him with all of the details, all he needed to do was call me. No call. So yesterday on the 26th of July, the same female called back to make sure I was happy with their service and that Shawn got back to me. I told her I didn't even receive a call a back. She told me that she would speak to Shawn and that I would hear back from him. I told her I didn't want to wait around all day for a call. Good thing I didn't because I NEVER got a call. So I called today and asked for Harry Nyugen because he helped us buy a car a couple of months ago. I was very happy with his service although I must say they weren't great about getting back to me then. THERE IS DEFINITELY CRACKS IN THEIR SERVICE AND I GUARENTEE THERE ARE MISSED OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE SALES BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF QUICK CORRESPONDENCE. Harry also said he would speak to Ed and get back to me. But GUESS WHAT? NO CALL AGAIN. At first there was an issue with the monthly payment but he and other sales consultant Richard really worked at it to get me to a price I was comfortable with. I left the same day with my brand new 2014 corolla. I'm very happy with the service and quality of balise toyota scion of Warwick. Yimber was extremly knowledgable of the products and answered every question i had for him. He showed me all the key fuctions of the Prius I ended up buying. When it came down to presenting the figures he was by no way pushy like most car salesmen's are. My husband and I are already planning on purchasing a truck in a couple of months and plan on having Yimber help us out again. I would alway recommend him to any friends and family member who plan on purchasing a Toyota. More
