Oil change I have owned a Nissan for a good part of my adult life..... This is the first new Toyota that I have ever purchased. I love my car and was very pleased with the dealership during the purchase..... However, I have taken it 2 times to the dealership for oil changes without a problem.... What concerns me is the fact that they don't wash the vehicle and they don't vacuum it out. The Nissan dealership that I dealt with in the past always washed it and vacuumed it out for me this was a complementary service and this is what I actually loved about them...... You would think that with the amount of money I spent on this new Venza, Balise would spend a little extra time showing the customers that they care about their cars......??????? More
