I just bought a Jeep from them. April of 2026, it is now. August within my 30 days, I took the car to them and said my car act like it don't want to start. Then, I'm at home. It would not start whatsoever. So I had it towed to them, they tells me later, the car cranks up, fine, nothing wrong with my Jeep. It is now August and my check engine light is on. I took it to them for that. And now they're telling me, I need a engine oil pressure sensor and a fuel pump, and that's why my check engine light is on, and it's gonna cost me $4000. They knew that when I bought the car and they knew it but did nothing. I took it to them soon as I got the car. I didn't have the car good two weeks and I took the car to them. I was having that issue, and they kept saying nothing.wrong. The price for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely ridiculous! $45 to rotate tires?!! The vehicle is already on the lift draining the oil. $212.00 total!!! Lisa, the sales woman who helped us was fantastic! She was thorough and knowledgeable and helped my son get into his first vehicle. Then we met the sales manager, he was thorough but didn’t listen wh She was thorough and knowledgeable and helped my son get into his first vehicle. Then we met the sales manager, he was thorough but didn’t listen when we told him the name needed to be in my sons as the primary on the loan with myself as the secondary. He assured us that it would be (also said it “didn’t matter “ which it does) but when the plates came the other day my name was on the paperwork not my sons. He was not very respectful or mindful of the time constraints we explained to him (we all had to be at work the next morning by 5 am and ended up having a to come back the next day to finish paperwork) we ended up having to wait for this appointment as well. Finally after only having the jeep for about a week my son noticed that the abs and traction control light was coming on, when he called to get an appointment set up he had to jump through hoops to even get an appointment and they even attempted to make him leave it overnight for a job that shouldn’t have even taken two hours. I would absolutely deal with Lisa again, but the rest of the folks it was a less than satisfactory experience More
