No information provided at pick up Lack of communication of work performed. Now being told my tires I bought less than two years ago bought and installed by banister are bad. Work performed incorrectly. Ie. of work performed. Now being told my tires I bought less than two years ago bought and installed by banister are bad. Work performed incorrectly. Ie... alignment off. Walked in to pick up keys and a paper was handed to me and I was told she would be a minute and walked away. All for 4000 and now I'm being told my tires weren't measured correctly and I need new tires.... what else was done incorrectly is the question. Tires shaking when pressing my brakes now and something is now loose SOMEWHERE in my tires when I hit a bump. What exactly was done???/fixed/replaced I got zero communication from Lindsey when picking up. Very vague information explaining work needing to be performed. Terrible experience!!!! More
