I will always have my 2022 Ram serviced here at your dealership. My last experience was good. However, it took awhile to get anyone in the service department on the phone. Dealership tried to charge us over $600 for trying to fix problem. Turns out the alternator battery was bad. Dealership was trying to charge us $200 for a battery where no where online showed that it cost th problem. Turns out the alternator battery was bad. Dealership was trying to charge us $200 for a battery where no where online showed that it cost that much. We decided to just pickup the van and do it ourselves. Turns out the battery in the van was still under warranty and it was the same battery the dealership was trying to have us buy. They should have replaced our battery for free. Instead they're all about trying to get every last penny out of people. They only care about money rather than customers. 10/10 would not recommend them. More
