The dealer put the wrong rotors on my car last year and passed my state inspection. This year the failed my state inspection because of the rotors that they put on my car. And than the manager said he woul passed my state inspection. This year the failed my state inspection because of the rotors that they put on my car. And than the manager said he would make it right and lied about how he couldn't find the rotors only so I can pay for them again. And Ashley got frustrated with me about it because I was asking questions about why I had to pay for this work again. More

The staff at Banister is wonderful, especially Ashley, Lindsey and Canon. My PT Cruiser is 18 years old so each of these staff members have helped me at one time or another.
