Terrible communication. Overpriced. They never called me for the work done on my vehicle. They only sent an estimate via text. I had to bring my car back within a week for t Overpriced. We have never had service performed at Banister Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hampton therefore cannot make an evaluation or review... We will note that the service department made the vehicle ready and accept Dodge Jeep Ram of Hampton therefore cannot make an evaluation or review...
